Antelope Island Stay-Luxury Apartment
If you are ever in Salt Lake City a trip to Antelope Island is an absolute must and if you take a trip here I have the most luxurious place for you to stay..........................

We recently made an epic 3,000-mile roundtrip from SLC through four states back to SLC seeing some of the most amazing sights that this country has to offer. On our last day on the road, we added Antelope Island to our itinerary, and we were not disappointed - it's an amazing place, but I digress, back to the luxury.
Because we only had a short time to visit Antelope Island I wanted someplace close to spend the night. I found an absolute gem of a place. The place we stayed is now on the top five list of our favorite AirBnB's and we have stayed at over 30 in the last few years. It’s as advertised- a luxury apartment and it was quite stunning. The place is beautifully decorated and well appointed with top quality finishes and the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. There is every amenity available, and the host’s communication is excellent.
If you can visit Antelope Island stay here. If you need a place convenient to the airport stay here (we were at the car rental drop off at the airport the next morning in 30 minutes). If you just want a staycation and need to relax in beautiful surroundings stay here…………….
If you can- just stay here- you wont be disappointed!!!!

Corpus Christi's Finest............................
This little gem in the heart of Corpus is by far one of the most luxurious, delightful stays we have experienced. The outdoors is beyond expectations only to be matched with a beautifully appointed private guest quarters with the best coffee bar ever created. If you can, stay here for total rest and relaxation!!!

Is it a barn? Is it a house.........it was a camper cover............
Close to Round Top and 15 minutes from Brenham, the ice cream capital of Texas, you will find a wonderful converted camper cover ready for you to make your base. This is a fabulous area of Texas to explore as there is so much to do and see. An hour from Austin makes a day trip there will all it has to offer easy and assessable. If you opt to stay local which we did Brenham is close by. Here you will find the Blue Bell Creamery, quaint shops and stores, restaurants, historical building and so much more. Round Top of course offers antiques – miles and miles of antiques. We came for the most part to explore the converted barn as we search for ideas for our own property. The barn is exquisitely renovated and began its life as an RV cover- this you will not believe as the work is so expertly done. There are two distinct separate suites separated by a “great room” in the center. Here you will find a Keurig coffee maker equipped with all that you need to make your morning a bright one. The host Cammie also leaves the self-contained kitchen equipped with all you need including some darn good gluten free muffins and blue bell ice cream in the freezer- an extra special touch.
What we loved the most was the extra touches, the pleasant seating area and the gorgeous shower- highly recommend!

Rockin 'G River Camp
If you ever find yourself in San Saba County, Texas consider staying at this cabin by the Colorado River. The cabin itself sits on 5 beautiful acres with riverfront access. My daughter and I needed a short getaway and opted for this place as it looked to be a perfect spot to relax and re-group. We were right. The property affords the opportunity to sit back and relax is a beautiful area. The hosts are very thoughtful and there are some very sweet thoughtful treats. The check in and out is seamless, the place is spotless and the space beautifully updated.
One of the best things about this place is its location. We opted to spend the afternoon in the nearby town of San Saba which happens to be the Pecan Capital of the World. Here you can find a couple of awesome wineries and specialty shops.
This place is perfect for friends who love to fish, , small families who enjoy the outdoors ,a romantic weekend or a girls retreat- we loved it!!!

One of my favorite all time places to stay is a little Airbnb cottage in Poulsbo, WA. This place was truly magical. The host could not have provided a more welcoming space. Initially my husband was a tad concerned as we drove up and around the “big” house down the long garden to what he described as a “garden shed”. This garden shed holds so many surprises and is just perfect for a few comfortable days of peace and quiet. The space itself is just plain and simply gorgeous. This place has all you need for a little get away. We loved the décor, the comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. The bathroom was spacious and just plain cute. The host was wonderful in every way. If you are in the area stay here you won’t regret it!

When In Rome............
This past summer I was blessed to meet my Mom in Rome and spend an amazing 5 days exploring the city. I knew my Mom really wanted to visit the Vatican and so I started my search there. I came upon a fabulous Airbnb steps form the Vatican wall, a short walk to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee bars. The hosts were truly wonderful and actually offer a pickup service from the airport for the same price as a taxi. They also offer great recommendations and a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that was clean, comfortable and so worth the money.The apartment is literally yards from the Vatican walls, around the corner from the metro and close to the most amazing pizza place you will ever visit -Bonci. We loved our stay in Roma and I highly recommend this AirBnB.

If you find yourself in East Texas Stay Here.........
If you ever have reason to be in Tyler, Texas you should stay here. Lindsey Cottage is in the historic district of Tyler surrounded by historic homes and red brick cobbled streets. The location is a good enough reason to stay here but the real reason is the hospitality from the host, Alicia. Alicia provides a beautiful room that is comfortable and clean. She truly pays attention to detail and provides a wonderful place to stay. The linens are luxurious, the place is spotless and has all that you need for your time in Tyler. You can find Linsey Cottage listed on AirBnB for an unbelievable price of $50 a night. Her place alone is worth taking a trip to Tyler, Texas.
